YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE

Yoga means “to unite”, “to yolk” – the union of mind, body and spirit. It is a call to action not only when you arrive on your mat, but in your daily life as well. I provide a variety of yogic modalities to treat the student as a whole. Static poses are not the only way to practice yoga. Asanas can be dynamic as well. In addition to yoga asanas, breathing and meditation, movement, energy work and sound baths are offered for a total experience. I believe yoga is for everyone, from the beginner to the advanced, young and old. All humans. Always!

WHAT IS BUTI YOGA?

Buti is a movement methodology that incorporates dynamic yoga asana with primal movement, cardio-dance bursts & deep core conditioning. The word Buti is a Marathi Indian term for “the cure to something that’s been hidden away or kept secret.” Buti is a practice of going within to discover your true power and full potential instead of looking elsewhere for answers. The cure to healing yourself lies within you & movement is one of the keys that unlocks it.
