I went to my first Buti today. I’m not sure what just happened but it was awesome. I don’t know if Shelley was made for Buti or Buti was made for Shelley but they are perfect for each other! That was fun!

Okay, I found this class invigorating! MY body has a really nice release of tension now. I didn’t realize how uptight and stiff my body is as I am sure there was a disconnect from my mind and Spirit. I would highly recommend to anyone who has deskwork, to practice this regularly. I feel it would prevent the limited range of motion that I have but am working on remedying. Much appreciation Shelley. This is such a gift to me.
