Cumberland Parks & Recreation invites you to step into a peaceful space and unwind with the soothing sounds of a Sound Healing class.
Join Shelley on July 23 at 6:00 PM for a grounding sound bath to help you reset your nervous system, reconnect to your heart, and move into this next lunar cycle with intention and clarity. This event will include: Intention setting, journaling, affirmations, breathwork, and a relaxing sound bath to release, relax, reset and recalibrate.
The is a peaceful way to unwind with soothing sounds. Spots are limited and registrations are closing by July 20, 2025. You can drop off your registration form at the Parks and Recreation office at 4097 Diamond Hill Road, Cumberland.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, anything you need to be comfortable and a bottle of water. We can’t wait to share this peaceful evening with you! 💫
