A gentle sound bath with crystal bowls, Reiki, and intuitive energy work to release tension, restore balance, and softly awaken.

Step into the gentle in-between of winter and spring. Soft, soothing tones fill the space as a quiet light of renewal begins to glow. Crystal bowls and calming vibrations guide your body into deep rest, helping you release what’s been held too tightly and welcome a sense of ease.

During the session, Reiki and intuitive energy work flow through the room, supporting balance, clarity, and restoration. There’s nothing to do but relax and receive as March invites you to softly awaken, reset, and realign.

All sound baths are unique and one-of-a-kind experiences. Never two of the same. Shelley’s sound baths are intuitive, and Spirit-guided to meet all individuals in attendance at the level they require. Bring a journal, mat, blanket, pillow, anything that will help you to get comfortable and slip into a state of bliss. Feel free to bring a crystal or any other personal or sacred item you would like to infuse with the combined energy of the sound bath.
