Come join me on Valentine’s Day for the perfect heart-centered Valentine’s Day workshop combining chakra work, yoga and sound healing!

The Heart Chakra is the center of love. It governs self-love and love to others as well as compassion, empathy, loving-kindness and forgiveness.

In this workshop, we will learn to become more in tune with and balance this vital Chakra, followed by a gentle yoga practice focused on these energies.

The workshop will end with a healing sound bath to seal all the good energy in!
