Join us for a deeply relaxing outdoor sound bath experience Mansfield, Connecticut. The address will be sent to you after you sign up. Let the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, rattles, drums, chimes, bells, gongs, and the human voice guide you into a state of rest, renewal, and inner harmony. This sound bath is an opportunity to unplug from the outside world, rest deeply, and reconnect with your inner stillness.

What to Bring

• A blanket and yoga mat, or a zero-gravity chair for comfort

• Extra blankets or pillows to help you feel fully supported

• Comfortable clothing that allows you to relax completely

• Outwear in case it gets chilly

There are a few hammocks available that can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking & Arrival

• Driveway parking is reserved for participants with lower mobility.

• All other guests may park at Sunny Acres Parking Lot or the ECSU track lot nearby.

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time to park, settle in, and prepare for the experience.
