This fabulous weekend is open to all and takes place at the beautiful Hemlock Retreat Center in Amston, Connecticut.

The Hemlock Retreat Center is located on 100 acres of unspoiled woodlands surrounding Jones Pond with stunning views. Rooms offer twin beds and are double occupancy with a shared half bath.  Email if you are planning to room with another guest and we will do our best to keep you in the same room. 

Your destination weekend will include a private chef, yoga, fitness, Cacao and fire ceremonies, sound healing, meditation, various workshops and activities, lounging, hiking, and swimming.

*Reiki, Massage and Holistic Facials available Saturday for an additional cost*

There is a $150 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for all RETREAT transactions.

FOR RETREATS: Refunds (minus the $150 deposit) are available up to 2 weeks prior to the event. Remaining retreat payments can be transferred to another YONO retreat within a year of retreat date!
