You’ll learn how to support the body with props\, calm the nervous system\, and guide students into profound release and renewal. Even if teaching isn’t your goal\, this training will give you a deeper connection to yourself\, your energy\, and your practice. \nPrerequisite: Enrollment is open to certified yoga teachers who have completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. \nGraduates may apply this training toward Yoga Alliance (USA) Continuing Education credits and will leave fully prepared to confidently offer Yin and/or Restorative classes\, workshops\, and private sessions. \nTraining takes place over 2 weekends.
