Learn to teach the art of stillness and surrender.\nWhether you want to enrich your personal practice or expand your teaching role\, our Yin and Restorative Yoga Teacher Training offers a unique opportunity to increase your knowledge and connect with the healing power of stillness and rest. \nThis training is designed to help you understand the anatomy\, philosophy\, and energetics behind Yin and Restorative Yoga\, while giving you the practical tools to confidently hold space for others. You’ll learn how to support the body with props\, calm the nervous system\, and guide students into profound release and renewal. Even if teaching isn’t your goal\, this training will give you a deeper connection to yourself\, your energy\, and your practice. \nPrerequisite: Enrollment is open to certified yoga teachers who have completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. \nGraduates may apply this training toward Yoga Alliance (USA) Continuing Education credits and will leave fully prepared to confidently offer Yin and/or Restorative classes\, workshops\, and private sessions. \nTraining takes place over 2 weekends.
