DESCRIPTION:Deepen your practice and expand your teaching with our 40-hour Yin & Restorative Yoga Teacher Training. This flexible program allows you to focus on Yin Yoga\, Restorative Yoga\, or combine both\, designed for yoga teachers\, wellness practitioners\, and dedicated students who want to explore the healing power of stillness\, subtle energy\, and therapeutic rest. \nIn the Yin Yoga portion\, you’ll study fascia\, meridians\, and the energetic body while learning how to skillfully guide long-held\, floor-based postures that target deep connective tissues. \nIn the Restorative Yoga portion\, you’ll explore the art of rest and renewal\, learning how to sequence\, set up props\, and hold space for profound relaxation. Never two of the same. My sound baths are intuitive\, and Spirit-guided to meet all individuals in attendance at the level they require. Bring a journal\, mat\, blanket\, pillow\, anything that will help you to get comfortable and slip into a state of bliss.
