This sound bath is an opportunity to unplug from the outside world\, rest deeply\, and reconnect with your inner stillness. \nWhat to Bring\n\n\nA blanket and yoga mat\, or a zero-gravity chair for comfort \n\n\nExtra blankets or pillows to help you feel fully supported \n\n\nComfortable clothing that allows you to relax completely \n\nOutwear in case it gets chilly\n\nThere are a few hammocks available that can be reserved on a first-come\, first-served basis. \nParking & Arrival\n\n\nDriveway parking is reserved for participants with lower mobility. \n\n\nAll other guests may park at Sunny Acres Parking Lot or the ECSU track lot nearby. \n\n\nPlease arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time to park\, settle in\, and prepare for the experience. \n\n\nPlease register here.
