Sound Baths have been shown to reduce stress and anxiety\, enable deep relaxation\, enhance creativity\, clear the mind\, uplift the Spirit and help with insomnia. Energy blockages are also cleared during this time with many people feeling a release. \nBring a mat\, blanket\, pillow\, anything that will help you to get comfortable and slip into a state of altered consciousness and bliss.  Please dress comfortably and try to arrive around 10 minutes early to settle in. \nSound Bath Sign-up:
