DESCRIPTION:The Spirit-led sound bath is not scripted and is different from any other sound bath out there. \nDuring this unique experience\, Shelley connects with Spirit\, Angels\, and universal energy\, asking for guidance and wisdom to bring healing\, relaxation\, release and Spiritual nourishment to participants.  This month we will focus on the release of holiday stress and grief. \nShe may serenade you with the healing sound of singing bowls\, chimes\, rattles\, gongs\, drums\, energy work\, and guided meditation as directed by Spirit. To accompany these instruments and deepen the experience\, Shelley uses her angelic voice to sing\, and vocalize mantras to synergize healing. \nAll sound baths are unique and one-of-a-kind experiences. Never two of the same.
